Enaglow Refund Policy

At Enaglow, your skin’s well-being and satisfaction mean everything to us.
We stand behind the quality of our formulations and want you to feel completely confident when choosing our products.

If for any reason you experience an issue with your order or an unexpected reaction to one of our products, we’re here to make it right — simply and fairly.

Eligibility for a Refund

You are eligible for a full refund (excluding delivery costs) if:

  1. Your order was never received due to an error on our part (for example, incorrect dispatch or non-delivery).

  2. You change your mind within the 14 days, and the product(s) have not been opened and are in the same condition as delivered. 

Although we offer free delivery, a flat fee of £5.99 will be deducted to cover our delivery and admin fees in the event of a refund.

However, please review the product ingredients to be sure you are not sensitive to any of the ingredients before use. We are happy to refund customers for adverse effects, but we encourage you to avoid any ingredients you may be allergic to.

All our products have been rigorously tested to be safe for all skin types because we prioritise your safety.

How to Request a Refund

Please contact our team within 14 days of purchase to be eligible for a refund or exchange.
You can reach us by either of the following methods:

  • Contact Form: Available on our website – please type “Refund Request” as the subject.

When contacting us, kindly include:

  • Your full name and order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Any supporting evidence (such as photos or confirmation of the problem)

Refund or Exchange Options

Once your request has been reviewed and approved, you may choose between:

  • A full refund to your original payment method, excluding delivery charges, or

  • An exchange for another Enaglow product of your choice (of equal value)

Refunds will usually be processed within 7–10 business days after approval, depending on your payment provider.

International Orders

Our refund policy applies to all customers worldwide.
However, delivery fees are non-refundable in all cases.

Although we offer free delivery, a flat fee of £5.99 will be deducted to cover our delivery and admin fees in the event of a refund.
